WALDMANN  IS RECOGNIZED FOR ITS SOFTLY SCULPTURAL SILHOUETTES, IMMERSIVELY RICH TEXTILES AND a FOCUS ON DETAILED, often COUTURE-LEVEL CRAFTSMANSHIP - Merging classical technical skills with a modern, international perspective.

Imbued with a sense of seductive strength and contemporary ease, the label was born out of a desire to celebrate individuals — both romantically modern and subtly subversive.

WALDMANN began as a private client studio in Hong Kong while designer Elle Waldmann, an alumna of the Couture studio at Alexander McQueen, was working across Asia and Europe for luxury brands.  The studio grew to offer full collections as well as bespoke looks for private clients, experiential and interior design consulting. 

Since its beginning, WALDMANN has been celebrated by international press including The Guardian, The South China Morning Post and Tatler - praised for expert draping, attention to discreet detailing, layered color stories and a sense of pragmatic, yet thoughtful artistry.

WALDMANN STUDIOS is now based in Los Angeles.
